Standard terms for using Atria, BeMagic's AI-assisted customer support service.
Using Atria
These terms govern use of Atria, a BeMagic product. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
Accounts and responsibility
Provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, and manage your team's access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the rights and legal grounds to provide customer data, knowledge sources, and website integrations.
Acceptable use
Do not use Atria for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful activities. Do not upload content that infringes others' rights, attempt to bypass security or plan limits, access another customer's data, or interfere with the service. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information or use Atria as an emergency service.
AI responses and human oversight
Atria uses AI to assist support, not to replace your judgment. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review knowledge sources and important replies, offer appropriate human support, and do not rely on Atria as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, or other high-impact decisions. You remain responsible for your business's communications and commitments to customers.
Your content and privacy
You retain your rights to content you provide. You permit BeMagic and its service providers to process that content as needed to operate, secure, and support Atria, including generating responses and knowledge suggestions. The Privacy Policy explains data handling. You must provide required notices to visitors and obtain any necessary permissions. These terms do not replace a data processing agreement when one is required.
Subscriptions, trials, and payments
Available plans, prices, trial conditions, and limits are shown at checkout. Where offered, a trial may require a payment card and convert to a paid subscription unless canceled under the displayed conditions. Stripe handles payments and subscription management. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew until canceled. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the checkout conditions and applicable law.
Service changes and availability
Atria may include beta features. Features can change, and interruptions or errors may occur. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular support outcome. We may apply reasonable technical limits or suspend access to address misuse, security risks, nonpayment, or legal requirements.
Ending your use
You may stop using the service and manage subscription cancellation through the billing portal. Cancellation does not automatically erase all account or conversation data; privacy requests and legal retention obligations are handled separately. We may terminate access for serious or repeated violations. Outstanding payment obligations remain subject to the agreed billing conditions and applicable law.
Intellectual property
BeMagic and its licensors retain rights to the Atria software, branding, and service materials. These terms grant permission to use the service as provided, not ownership of the platform. You must not misrepresent affiliation with BeMagic or remove proprietary notices.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Atria is provided as available without guarantees of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. BeMagic is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from reliance on AI outputs or third-party failures, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing excludes liability or rights that mandatory law protects.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes where required. Continued use after an update takes effect is subject to the updated terms, except where law requires further agreement. Applicable mandatory law and competent courts determine rights and remedies where no separate written agreement applies.
